and despite our hopes, Liessa is not really any better, in Judith’s eyes at least.
so, another antibiotic shot, and now she’s on 5mg of Prednisolone per day. Steroids - ugh. I was so hoping to avoid them, but needs must, I guess.
and now it’s a case of backwards and forwards to the vet, trying to get the steroids balanced; just enough to keep her well. She’s likely to have to be on them while she still has teeth.
thankfully the pills are fairly inexpensive - £2 ish for 14 days’ worth. And the wonderful Convenia antibiotic 14 day injection is about £12, so that leaves £14-ish for Judith’s consult fee, which you can’t argue with.
cost so far: £210.
poor Bada - this is simply not fair; her little sharp white pointy teeth are such an integral part of this kittin, and it’s just *wrong* that they are causing her problems.
