well, Bada came through her operation fine. They removed four back teeth, and she had also lost about four already, and we picked her up yesterday at 5 p.m.
she was not what you might call a pleased kitten, and Pete took his life in his hands removing the bandage from her paw. She spent the evening ignoring us, and has this morning snarfed almost a whole sachet of Hills Prescriptive Food - a product which I feel sure is designed mostly to part hapless blobs from their hard-earned cash.
so, back to the vet on Friday for a checkup, and then back the following Friday in case she needs more antibiotics.
as for the future, we’ll have to see. It could mean medication for the rest of her life, but we’ll just take it as it comes, I think.
